Reviving History

N6I collaborated on the transformation of the historic Greyhound complex in Downtown Memphis into a $29 million mixed-use development. The project preserved the iconic 1937 bus terminal and adjacent buildings, converting them into 65 industrial loft apartments and 34,000 square feet of retail space. By combining adaptive reuse and creative design, this project enhances the downtown experience with unique residential and recreational offerings.
